Eggs and Cheese

I make 14 hard boiled eggs and put 2 in each spinach puree (4 portions all together) and 6 just separately.
He has 1 hard boiled eggs a day with or without a salad.
We get nice cheese he likes and cut it into 1 oz pieces. (Size of your thumb)
He munches on 1 a day.

Who we are

My husband loves to be on the road. It's freedom for him, and he is his own boss. He has his bedroom, his kitchen and living room in his truck, even an office is represented by a plastic box. He organizes it, cleans it and takes care of it. He listens to the sounds it makes, that it might need something.

He looks after the truck, makes our way of life possible.

In return I need to look after him. He hates going to the doctor's office so thank God he is never sick. Instead he carefully follows my advice to stay healthy and well. On one side he wants to keep his body fit and strong for the decades to come, and keep the doctor away forever. He is in his early fifties, you see.

That's where I come in. I make all his food for the road, he never needs to buy anything. He just needs to have a working fridge in the truck. I buy his vitamins and supplements and update him.

I am very proud of him!
